We understand everyone will be responding differently to the transition to level 2 and welcome all enquiries. Our main aim is to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe while looking after the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients. So if you need more clarification or would like to chat to a therapist, please do get in touch.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get through these uncertain times together.

It is most important to note that: if you are feeling unwell ( any cough, fever, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath)  or have recently been in direct contact with anyone who is unwell, please do not come to the clinic. Instead, phone us and reschedule your bookings.

We value your continued support and we look forward to seeing you at the clinic soon.

Keep smiling, we are here for you. ( :

Our online bookings are open again 15 Sep 2021

We are so excited to be back massaging again, as we have missed you all so much!

Our team are in the routine of keeping our clinic safe and hygienic for us all. It is a high priority to keep our staff, clients and community safe.

Most of our treatments are available, however we have decided to delay the face massages and couples massage for a wee while.

As you are no doubt aware, there are some adaptations to our basic protocol (including wearing a face mask).

We have rescheduled all clients that were booked in pre-lockdown, so have now opened our online bookings.

We also have Lucretia, an EIT massage student, starting work with us on Friday 17th September. She gives an excellent relaxation massage, so if this is what you would like, book in now.

Yay! Back into Level 2 7 Sep 2021

We are so excited to announce that Serenity Massage Therapy is re-opening on Wednesday 8th September! We have all been missing you so much and can't wait to get back to massaging again!

Our team has been busy preparing the clinic so that we can provide you with a safe and hygienic environment. As you probably already know, we have always had a high level of cleanliness and hygiene as standard practise prior to the pandemic, and we want to reassure you that we will continue to do everything we can to keep our staff, clients and community safe.

Most of our treatments will be available, however we have decided to delay the face massages and couples massage for a wee while.

Cancelled clients are our priority.

If you have missed your appointment in the last 3 weeks, we will be in touch with you to ensure you are able to reschedule your appointment. As you can imagine we have many people scrambling for appointment times so please be patient. We will get you in as soon as possible.

As part of our screening when you make your appointment we will be checking in with you as to whether you are in a high risk category (having a condition that may make you more vulnerable to sickness). We would like either a GP clearance or will ask you to delay coming to see us for a few weeks. Please always consider your own safety and make sure you make a safe choice for your safety.
