Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by the recent cyclone. Many are facing uncertainty, loss and grief. We can all help by listening and offering help at whatever level we can. In times of stress doing something for yourself (and for others) can be really helpful. Having a massage really brings you back ‘into yourself’ to help with your healing.

At Serenity we have been taking donations towards the payment of a massage for someone affected by the cyclone. We have been warmed by the generosity of people so and have been able to ‘give away’ 12 massages to some very deserving people already! Thanks everyone for your support. Kia Kaha
